(In Church Building.)
Dear Members and Friends,
The decision has been taken to
recommence full worship on Sunday 24 October 202
There will be two services, 11.00Am and 6.30Pm. With Prayer Times at 10.30 Am & 6.00 Pm. (In the Large Hall)
Obviously, COVID-19 will continue to affect the way in which we are able to meet for worship.
But prior to returning, we felt it important to remind you of the arrangements that have been put in place to help keep you safe.
Please do not attend Worship if you have: - a new continuous cough- a high temperature- a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of smell or taste (anosmia)
On arrival, please ensure that you observe any social distancing requirements at all times.
When you arrive for worship you will be welcomed at the front door or the Link entrance. You will be required to make use of the hand sanitizer available at either door.
A face covering must be worn while entering, leaving, singing or moving about the building, wear is at the discretion of the worshiper. Please bring your own.
We will be keeping a register of attendees as a precaution in the event that someone present at worship is later diagnosed with COVID-19. The list will be held for 31 days.
Once you enter the Church you will be directed to a pew/seat. They will be filled in a specific order and it is essential that everyone follows the directions given. You cannot choose which seat to sit in.
Seating has been arranged in accordance with current regulations.
Doors will remain open throughout the Service to ensure good ventilation.
We would be delighted to see children attending; however, they must remain seated with their family.
There will be no offering lifted.
A plate will be available as you leave.
Following the service, please leave the church/ hall as directed ensuring you remain at the current recommended distance away from other people. If you stop outside to chat with others, it is advised that you please keep your distance.
We appreciate that some of our members may not yet feel ready to attend. Please do not feel pressurised to attend until you are comfortable to do so. We look forward seeing you back at Church when you are ready.
Contact details for booking your seat will be notified on the Diary Dates page.
Please specify if you prefer the "No singing" area at the 11.00 Am service.
Many Thanks, The Diaconate.
